Are your products certified organic?
Yes, the majority of our products are certified organic by the Soil Association, ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and ingredient purity.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never. We are proudly Cruelty-Free International certified and have never tested our products or ingredients on animals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our ranges, particularly our Sensitive and Starflower collections, are specifically formulated to be gentle on delicate skin.
What is the shelf life of your natural products?
Most products have a shelf life of 6 months once opened. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We use iconic blue glass bottles which protect the essential oils and are 100% recyclable. Our plastic packaging is also made from recycled materials where possible.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our products are vegan. Any products containing beeswax or honey are clearly labeled on the ingredient list.
